PHR LTD was started in 2008 by myself and my partner Paul and Tessa Hewett. Our new company’s aim was to work within the Insurance repair market, carrying out repairs to domestic properties damaged by fire and flood damage. From our early days we offered a comprehensive service covering all aspects of internal and external damage as opposed to Insurance companies employing a number of different tradesman to cover each repair required, we offered a one stop shop, we spoke to your insurance company arranged a detailed survey and provided costs based on insurance companies standard rates and used our own fully qualified experienced tradesman to carry out full and comprehensive repairs agreed with your insurance company. We pride ourselves on Quality with a personal touch we never forget this is your home not our place of work.umber of blue chip construction companies carrying out major repairs to fire/flooded and accident damaged properties.
We also carry out social housing refurbishment on council and housing association properties throughout the South of England. Being involved in the Insurance repair sector for the past 16 years allows us to offer our new customers a competitive quote on any building requirements or property improvements you are considering with the reassurance that you and your property will be treated as we would expect our own to be, and works carried out to the highest quality expected by our current clients.
The Team
Our core team is made up of myself Paul Hewett I am a qualified certified Electrician and I hold a BSc in Small work Surveying. My partner Tessa Hewett who runs our busy office . We have Matt Campbell and Darren Smith our two fully qualified experienced carpenters , they can build new roofs timber walls hang new doors interior and exterior, fit beautiful kitchens, and any other works involving timber these two guys are the finest. Kevin Attreed our resident plasterer fully experienced in all types of internal plastering from internal skimming to exterior render work and silicon K-render. We have Stuart Maskew our plumber who will carry out all our general plumbing works, will fit lovely modern bathrooms and showers and anything else required.
